We accept return requests within 14 days of purchase or delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

At Durham Natural Health Foods, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If something is not right, please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
We accept return requests within 14 days of purchase or delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
For health and safety reasons, opened supplements, vitamins, personal care items, clearance or final sale items, gift cards, and products without original packaging cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and help with a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.
